PAYMENT METHODS
BANK DEPOSIT / BANK TRANSFER.
The account number and other information from your order will be provided to you in an email when your order is confirmed and completed.
In the subject, please indicate the order number and your name. Payment must be made within three days of the date you placed the order in order to validate it; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
The order will not be considered effective until we have received the bank’s confirmation of the transfer. In any case, kindly send us the transfer receipt via email to info@anchoasroyo.com, this will facilitate processing your order and checking the information provided by our bank.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
You will be sent to Banco BBVA’s secure payment gateway once the order is confirmed.
Transactions made at anchoasdebermeo.com are 100% secure, as they are made entirely in the Banco BBVA’s bank gateway.
Your credit card data are not recorded in any database, since you input them directly into the Bank’s own point-of-sale terminal.
We also inform you that, in an effort to provide credit card holders with greater security, our payment gateway includes the secure payment system known as Secure Electronic Commerce (SET). Thus, if you are a holder of a secure-enabled card, you will always be able to make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our shop. The code appears at the back of your card, but you must ask your bank in order to be able to use it.
PRICE LIST
All prices set out in our product price list include the I.V.A. corresponding, which is 10% for food and 21% for alcoholic beverages.
Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. reserve the right to review and modify the prices set out on our website if the conditions so require at any time.
In the event it detects an error in the price of products on an order, Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. reserves the right to cancel that order. If payment has already been made, Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. will make the corresponding payment to the client.
PRODUCTS IN STOCK
When you see the product details, you’ll able to see whether the product is in stock; otherwise, the product can’t be sold.
The availability of products offered by Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. through its web pages may vary depending on clients demand. Despite the fact that Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the client may be out of stock at that time. In this case, Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. will send an email to the client informing him that the order cannot be filled.
SHIPPING
We ship only to Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The shipping company is INTEGRA2 and the goods are always
shipped refrigerated to ensure proper storage during transport. Provided that the item is in stock, it is shipped within the 24 hours following the reception of the order and always after reception of the payment or bank receipt via email. The item reaches the client within 24/48 hours (exceptionally, 72 hours in the case of remote towns).
Shipping costs will be €20 (VAT included) for orders up to 10 kg and will be included in the purchase price; you will see the breakdown of the amount before confirming the order.
FREE SHIPPING for purchases from €250 (VAT included).
VERY IMPORTANT:
You need to open the product in front of the delivery person before signing the delivery note in order to detect any possible anomaly or damage in the item or packaging. If opening it is not possible, please write “pending inspection” on the delivery note before signing it.
If you fail to follow these steps, you will lose the right to file a claim for any possible damage to an item caused by the shipping.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
Our policy, in keeping with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item with a demonstrable problem within seven days of its reception date. Any item returned under normal conditions, with its original packaging, without signs of use and with a demonstrable problem will be accepted. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the return reception date.

Items will not be accepted for return unless they are in their original packaging, unopened and free of signs of damage, unless they have a demonstrable problem.
LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. also reserves the power to file any civil or criminal cases it deems appropriate due to the misuse of its web pages and its content or due to the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between THE USER and Anchoas de Bermeo S.L. shall be governed by the current Spanish regulations and it shall be the courts and tribunals of the town of Guernica that shall be competent to decide on any dispute that may arise between THE USER and Anchoas de Bermeo S.L.
